Section 4

Why are there two prices?

Editor's note

Eli Lilly launched the Zepbound Self Pay Journey Program on February 23, 2026. It discounts the 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, and 15mg doses to $449 per month, matching the 5mg rate. Without the promotion, those higher doses revert to the regular $499 to $699 range. Lilly has not published an end date for the program, but pricing pages should be re-verified quarterly. Frequently asked

The cost questions we see most. Full FAQ on the coupon page.

For most people without manufacturer-covered insurance, the cheapest path is the new LillyDirect Multi-Dose KwikPen launched in February 2026. Prices are $299 for 2.5mg, $399 for 5mg, and $449 for 7.5mg through 15mg. This is cheaper than the older single-dose vials for any dose above 5mg.
