We Are Not a Medical Provider

GLP1 Clinics is an informational directory that connects patients with GLP-1 weight loss providers. We are not a medical provider, healthcare facility, or covered entity under HIPAA. We do not provide medical care, prescribe medications, or collect protected health information (PHI). No doctor-patient relationship is created by using this site.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Lead form data:When you submit a contact form on a clinic profile, we collect your name, email address, phone number, insurance plan (if provided), service interest (such as specific medications), telehealth preference, and the page you submitted from. This information is collected for the purpose of connecting you with a provider.
  • Account data:If you create a provider account to claim a listing, we collect your email address and business information.
  • Usage data:We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data is not personally identifiable.

How We Use Your Information

  • Lead forms: When you submit a lead form, your contact information and inquiry details are shared only with the specific clinic you selected, or if that clinic is unavailable, we may use your information to recommend alternative providers (including telehealth partners) that match your preferences. We do not sell your lead information to third parties.
  • Service improvement: We use anonymous, aggregated analytics data to improve site performance, understand usage patterns, and enhance the user experience.
  • Provider accounts: Account information is used to authenticate providers, manage listings, and communicate service updates.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Lead form submissions are shared only with the clinic you choose to contact. We may share anonymous, aggregated data (such as overall search trends) for analytical purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links on our site are affiliate links. When you click on a telehealth provider link and make a purchase or complete an order, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This applies to our provider comparison pages, quiz recommendations, and review articles.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial ratings or recommendations. Our provider scores are based on an independent methodology described on our methodology page. We disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines.
